Schonberg: Theory of Harmony

Really well written. Ironic. Accurate.

It’s really a good read.

Although not enough  to fill the vast hole of my ignorance it’is a pleasure to read.

A lady who saw me reading it  asked if the book was something like the “pursuit of happiness”.

Today book titles  are getting too elliptic.

The “Manual of the carpenter” will never be the useful companion of our bricolage but a dissertation about onanism?

(I realized this last sentence means really nothing in English, even if I succedeed, thing that I don’t belive, to translate it without too many errors).
